"I called ACE last minute on a Saturday afternoon for two units for the Maumee American Legion. Lisa was super prompt and was right on the request. We had the units within about an hour. We cannot thank ACE enough for the help and for fast, efficient service!! The inside restrooms had issues and there was a hall rental, ACE truly saved the day!!"

"We went to a wedding reception a few years ago that had a Luxury portable bathroom. We found it to be very nice and a good way of keeping too many flushes out of our septic tank & system at our home. We contacted the vendor for a quote on the "Porta Lisa" from COMAN, a highly rated company. We drove over to their facility to see their...facilities. It was March 2023 and the unit was stored in a barn on the property. However, the receptionist was willing to walk me over the see the unit. I took some pictures and confirmed it was the same, or similar, unit as the one at the wedding we had gone to. We contacted COMAN a few days later and contracted with them and put down a deposit. Well, about a month later, we were notified by COMAN that they were selling out their portable restroom business to ACE Diversified Services of Holland Ohio. Ace presented us with a new contract, which deleted our refundable security deposit but, they did make the overall price the same as the first contract with COMAN. I drove out twice to their location in Holland, Ohio and talked with Libbey. She assured me on both trips that the "Porta Lisa" was reserved for our event as contracted. I paid in full about a month before the gala at our home. Aug 11, 2023 came and the driver arrived with the portable restroom. It was newer and clean, but it was not the "Porta Lisa" that we had originally contracted for. The driver promptly called "Headquarters" and was transferred promptly to the owner. After a short conversation, the owner, was professional and offered us the some options of keeping the unit that was delivered or having the unit that was contracted brought back. The driver was kind, professional and courteous. He even made sure that unit we picked was positioned to fit our venue and our guests needs. You don't really know how good a company is, until you see their customer response during a little "adversity" . We experienced a little bit of that adversity and Ace Diversified Services showed their true colors. When things don't go as planned, they were willing to make it right for their valued customers.
